More Powerful Than Your supplements

I started my career in health & wellness as a nutritionist and personal trainer. I got my client’s excellent results very quickly.

However, I became a Chiropractor because adjustments are far more powerful, efficient, and valuable than nutrition and exercise.

Chiropractic care is part of a healthy lifestyle…it’s the foundation.

After learning and experiencing how quickly Chiropractic produced results I was hooked. The philosophy of Chiropractic is far superior to the old medical model of health.

We have a culture that suffers from our lifestyle, and we take medications and supplements to ‘treat’ the problem. When I have clients ask for a ‘natural’ treatment for cholesterol, headaches, or (fill the blank), I tell them it’s a crapshoot.

Sometimes specific treatments (natural or medical) reduce symptoms and other times they don’t.

Most people want to make a deal. “I’ll try that new supplement, diet plan, workout as long as I don’t have to change too much.”

You can’t exercise or supplement your way out of a poor diet and lifestyle.

This brings me back to why Chiropractic adjustments are superior: It’s an IMMEDIATE upgrade and change to how your brain regulates your body.

Adjustments create immediate changes in the brain, breathing, immune system, motor/muscle, hormonal, digestion, etc.

Most people aren’t like you. They aren’t Epic Life clients. I understand you want many people in your life to “get it.”

It’s far more powerful to have what’s already inside you working 100%, expressing your full potential, as opposed to treating all your symptoms.

Epic Life clients know what it’s like to go to doctors who can’t figure out what to do or what’s wrong.

Keep living an Epic Lifestyle. Get adjusted to build your foundation. Eat clean. Move often. Love and care for yourself.

Always here for you,

Dr. Jeff

p.s. Three things to take action on today: ultra-hydrate, walk 30 minutes and take 5 minutes to write in a gratitude journal.
