I wear blue light blocking glasses at night. They look just like regular glasses but they block blue light.
Blue lights emitted from TV, phones, and high efficiency lights seriously mess with your brain.
Study after study has linked working the night shift and exposure to light at night to several types of cancer (breast, prostate), diabetes, heart disease, and obesity.
Our brain is wired to work with the natural rhythms of sunlight. Artificial lighting throws our brains off.
