Two Supplements Help Sore Joints and Muscles

“I prefer not to take medications.” The statement I hear from every new patient. 

Luckily, chiropractic is a specialty in treating patients naturally. We can expect our bodies to heal on their own in the vast majority of cases. 

Two supplements are very effective and natural in helping people treat pain. 

And I must say that many treatments, whether natural or not, are total garbage. 

The two supplements are cod liver oil and magnesium. There are two products I recommend. 

Carlson’s Cod Liver Oil and Calm Magnesium. 

Cod liver oil is an anti-inflammatory, and it contains vitamins A and D. Both vitamins A and D are essential for the immune system.

Magnesium plays a big role in relaxing muscles. Remember what I teach: DO NOT stretch sore or tight muscles. That will only irritate them more. 

The best approach is to get muscles to relax. 

I believe it’s best to keep these essential nutrients part of your lifestyle, whether you have symptoms or not. 

Your health is more than just how you feel. If you’re not actively taking care of your body, you will pay the price for it later.
