Last week I was out for dinner with my family and my sister Jackie made a great point. She said, “there are too many conflicting opinions on diet and exercise. I don’t know what to do.”
I agree. Anyone can claim to be an “expert” on social media.

FYI: I was once an overweight high schooler struggling with my weight and self-image until I put some focused effort into my lifestyle.
With that in mind, I’ve created this email to help you out.
I’m sharing a great routine you can start now and see excellent results.
I’ve just created a new workout routine for myself. This new routine will last 12 weeks.
Think about it; you can dramatically change your life in 12 weeks if you focus on something. God’s given humans the amazing capacity to change.
It’s incredible to see someone transform. I’m not talking about vanity either.
HERE’S MY WORKOUT ROUTINE
My goal is to stay lean (or get leaner) get stronger, and not spend hours in the gym. I need efficiency. Less time training, better results.
I guarantee you can get amazing results in 12 weeks when you’re focused and committed.
If you’ve worked hard and struggled to get in shape, you know what I mean.
So, let me share with you my new routine I’ll be doing at Animal House Gym in New Berlin.
I’ll be doing this workout twice a week. It will take 20-30 minutes each time.
The key is my 3 Essentials eating strategy. My nutrition strategy helps you boost growth hormone to burn more fat and keep my mind focused throughout the day.
You’ll notice there are two workout routines; Workout A and Workout B. I’ll alternate between the two every time in the gym.
I typically workout Tuesdays and Fridays.
