Recently I’ve had two women report awesome nutritional success.
Both did the same thing. Each reported losing weight, having more energy, feeling great, and far less stressed about diet.
What did they do?
They began to eat less frequently. Not less food, just less often.
It’s called Intermittent Fasting.
One common approach is to pick an eight-hour window daily to eat. For the other 16 hours, you fast.
For example, you can eat from 12 noon to 8 pm.
This is an amazingly easy diet method that’s backed by a lot of great research.
Fasting helps you utilized the stored fat as well as heal and enhance your immune system.
Personally, I like to eat every 12-20 hours.
On workdays, I drink a cup of bone broth for breakfast around 6 am for the protein.
I’ll then wait until after 7 pm to eat.
On weekends I’ll typically wait as long as I can before eating.
I never count calories. I eat until I’m full.
Give it a try. For even more fat loss, keep your carbs under 50 grams a day.
Fast 16 hours a day, keep the carbs low and eat until your full. IT WORKS!!!
And you can take one day a week to relax and eat whatever you want. You’ll still see great results.
