Lunch & Learn
Wellness Talks for Milwaukee Area Workplaces
Your team spends most of the week at a desk, on a job site, or on their feet. That takes a toll, and it shows up as sick days, low energy in the afternoon, and back and neck pain that never quite goes away.
Dr. Jeff Grosskopf brings a practical, plain English wellness talk to your workplace over the lunch hour. Your team eats, he presents, and everyone walks out with something they can use that same day.
Dr. Jeff is an optimal health expert, a National Board Certified chiropractor, a licensed nutrition counselor, and a certified trainer and strength coach. He has served more than 4,000 patients and earned over 500 five star reviews across the greater Milwaukee area.
Talk Topics
Pick the one that fits your team. Dr. Jeff can also tailor a talk to a specific concern in your workplace.
The Number One Missed Diagnosis Causing Chronic Pain
Most people living with lasting neck pain, headaches, or low back pain have been told nothing is wrong. This talk covers what standard evaluations often miss, why the pain keeps returning after it seems to resolve, and what actually needs to be looked at.
Office Jobs and Optimal Health
Built for desk based teams. Covers preventing the chronic pain and sickness that come with sitting all day, plus workstation setup, posture, and the movement breaks that make the biggest difference.
Restoring Optimal Health Fast and Naturally
How the body is built to heal itself, what gets in the way, and the natural approaches that support recovery and long term health without relying on quick fixes.
Unlocking Optimal Energy and Fat Loss
Why the afternoon crash happens, how nutrition and daily habits drive energy levels, and what actually moves the needle on fat loss for busy working adults.
Keep Your Clients in the Gym
Continuing education written for personal trainers, coaches, and gym staff. Covers recognizing injury patterns, knowing when to refer out, and programming around common limitations so clients stay consistent instead of dropping off.
How It Works
You pick a date and a topic. Dr. Jeff comes to your office, warehouse, gym, or conference room and delivers the talk over the lunch hour, typically about 45 minutes with time for questions at the end.
All you need to provide is a room, a place to plug in a laptop, and a rough headcount a few days ahead. Lunch is up to you. Some companies cater it, others let people bring their own.

Common Questions
How long does the talk take?
About 45 minutes including questions. Dr. Jeff can go shorter if your lunch hour runs tight.
How far will Dr. Jeff travel?
He serves the greater Milwaukee area. Call with your location and he will let you know.
Is this a sales presentation?
No. The talk is education. Anyone who wants to follow up individually is welcome to, but there is no pitch built into the presentation.
Can the topic be customized?
Yes. If your team has a specific concern, whether that is a spike in back injuries or a group getting ready for a fitness challenge, Dr. Jeff will build the talk around it.
Do we need to provide lunch?
That is up to you. Catering it, or having people bring their own, both work fine.
